Intop's got a top-notch aluminium production line that's got all
the latest gear and really strict quality control, so it can keep
up with whatever the global market needs.
1.We've got five casting production lines and 15 extrusion lines,
as well as four aging furnaces, which makes sure we can produce
aluminium profiles at a steady and uninterrupted rate.
2.Our mold library has 4000 sets of molds that have been adapted to
the market and different specifications, so we can meet different
regional requirements. The aluminium profiles we make come in
thicknesses from 180mm to 250mm, which makes them perfect for all
kinds of building and industrial projects.
3. For surface treatment, we've got one anodising line, two
sandblasting lines, one horizontal spraying line, one vertical
spraying line and three wood grain production lines, which means we
can produce rich, high-quality surface finishes. We've also got a
standard packaging film laminating line and a blister film
production line to make sure products are protected when being
transported.
4. A professional factory inspection team does a strict quality
check on every batch of products before they're delivered, making
sure all the aluminium profiles meet international and industry
